Princess Peach Body Spray from Lush

At the time of writing this review, Lush’s most recent collaboration with the, The Super Mario Bros. Movie is by far Lush’s most popular collaborations to date. Today I’m going to be reviewing another of my favourite products from the collection, the Princess Peach Body Spray.

The Mario and Luigi shower gels that are also a part of this collection are both remakes of older Lush shower gels, unlike Princess Peach which is a brand-new Lush scent!

I do love when older Lush scents come back to life in new products, BUT brand-new scents are always exciting too. The Princess Peach body spray is described on Lush’s website as a ‘fruity burst of peach and pineapple’.

Ingredients wise, the Princess Peach body spray contains organic sweet orange oil, buchu oil, litsea cubeba oil, olibanum resinoid and champaca absolute. This carefully selected group of ingredients create such an uplifting fragrance that is fit for a princess. If you’ve ever wondered what Princess Peach smells like, the Princess Peach body spray is the answer!

If you are familiar with Lush’s Peachy bath bomb, Princess Peach is quite similar to that but with a tropical twist. The longer you sniff it, the more complex the fragrance gets. At first, I can smell a cocktail of peach and pineapple then after a few more seconds there’s a muskiness to the scent, it reminds me of the little mushroom sweets I used to eat as a kid.

With mushrooms being such an intricate part of the Super Mario Bros. world I can’t help but think this may have been deliberate.

They say you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover but as soon as I see the pink label on this body spray with Princess Peach on it, my inner princess couldn’t help but squeal a little. Lush were wise to use these types of visuals on their packaging for this particular line. I know Lush are trying hard to use less and less packaging but sadly I think this line has had so much success due to its packaging.

The packaging with all of the characters on them is a huge reason that customers were tempted into Lush stores. I feel that how great the products actually are, is secondary to the Mario Bros. packaging.

The packaging of this body spray was brilliant at tempting new customers in but how amazing the body spray smells is what has made new Lush customers, forever-Lush-customers. Old customers like me, seem to have really loved the Mario Bros. line too so it’s a win, win!

I am very interested to see how well future collaborations go if the products aren’t so obviously a collab, like the Princess Peach body spray is.

Just a few spritz of the Princess Peach body spray either on your body or clothes is all you need for it to last on you all day. Its delicate fruity scent is delightful and a good choice if you dislike the heavier Lush scents. Overall, I adore this body spray and hope it’s not the last we see of the scent. I will be reviewing its shower jelly equivalent in the next few days so keep checking back!

Luigi Shower Gel from Lush

Lush’s most recent collaboration with the, The Super Mario Bros. Movie is Lush’s most popular collaborations to date. Today I’m going to be reviewing the Luigi Shower Gel. This neon green shower gel has been flying off of the shelves since its release.

Both shower gels from the, The Super Mario Bros. collection, Luigi and Mario, are remakes of older shower gels. Mario is a remake of Santa’s Christmas and Luigi is a remake of the So White shower gel.

Remakes of older products can sometimes be a little boring and feel stale but Lush have really outdone themselves with the Luigi shower gel, IT IS PERFECT. Everything I wasn’t too keen on in the So White version has been perfected in Luigi. I absolutely adore the Luigi shower gel; I’m going as far as to say that I think it’s my favourite shower gel Lush have ever released. EVER. It puts all of the others to shame.

As I said earlier, the Luigi shower gel is neon green, the scent it comes in is from the So White/Once Upon A Time Lush-scent-family. I much prefer the Luigi shower gel over the So White shower gel because the formula is much better; It’s thicker and doesn’t need a good shake before using it. With it being a much thicker formula, it doesn’t slip out of the bottle so easily, So White was always very watery, which is the complete opposite of Luigi.

Even though the Luigi shower gel is quite thick it’s easy to get out of the bottle making it perfect for people like me who have bad hands. You can see from the photo above how sturdy the formula is by how well the blob in the photo is formed.

The Luigi shower gel contains a long list of ingredients; bergamot oil, Brazilian orange oil, rose absolute, neroli oil, orange flower absolute and fresh apple juice, to name just a few!

The So White/Once Upon A Time Lush-scent-family has always been my favourite from Lush. It’s best described as crisp, freshly sliced apples. Past products that share the same scent include, the Rumba shower jellyOnce Upon A Time body lotion and body spray, the Partridge in a Pear Tree, and Atom Heart Mother bath bombs.

The scent of the Luigi shower gel is at its best when it comes together with the hot water and steam of your shower. I have tried this scent family in so many product formats before now, but none have carried the scent as well as the Luigi shower gel.

The sweet apple scent is so incredibly mouth-watering; it just works so well in the shower gel format. The scent of the shower gel quickly fills your bathroom and remains in the air and on your skin, long after you’ve got out of the shower. After use, my skin is left super-clean, perfectly hydrated, and silky-smooth to the touch.

I am devastated that the Luigi shower gel is only a limited-edition product as it really is the best Lush shower gel I have ever used. I have my fingers crossed that the Super Mario Bros makes as many films as Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts combined so that there’s always an excuse for Lush to stock it. 😉

What more can I say about this incredible shower gel? I didn’t think it was possible to get so excited over a shower gel but here I am! Do I recommend the Luigi shower gel? YES!!! Grab it while you can and make sure you save a bottle or 4 for me while you’re at it!

Mario Shower Gel from Lush

Lush’s most recent collaboration with the, The Super Mario Bros. Movie is Lush’s most popular collaborations yet. Today I’m going to be reviewing the Mario Shower Gel. This bright red shower gel has gone down a storm with Lush customers and has brought in a whole load of new customers too! Interestingly, Mario isn’t the first bottled shower product that Lush have released in its scent. You’ll recognise its scent if you were lucky enough to try the Santa’s Christmas shower cream back in the Winter of 2017.

The most obvious difference between the 2 products is that Mario is a shower gel and Santa’s Christmas was a shower cream, but both are used in the same way. As someone who has had a chance to use both I can say which of the 2 I think were better. Without hesitation I’d pick the Mario shower gel every time.

As you can see from the photographs I have included in this review, the Mario shower gel is the brightest of reds, fitting in with Mario the character perfectly.

As I said earlier, I much prefer the Mario shower gel over the Santa’s Christmas shower cream that shared its scent. The formula is so much better, it’s a bolder red and so smooth that it oozes out of the bottle.

The Mario shower gel contains fresh pomegranate juice, benzoin resinoid and the following essential oils, Persian lime, aniseed, and black pepper. Its scent is magnificent, it’s just like a tall glass of fizzy cola with a slice of lime on its side, it’s tangy, sweet, and packed full of energy.

This truly beautiful shower gel is thick but easily glides out of the bottle, it is, in my opinion the perfect consistency for a shower gel. Another great thing about the Mario shower gel is that a very little amount of it goes an incredibly long way. You only need the smallest amount of it to wash your whole body. It lathers up quickly and cleans your skin with ease.

The scent of the Mario shower gel is at its best when it comes together with the hot water and steam of your shower. The scent fills your bathroom and remains in the air, long after you’ve got out of the shower. It not only leaves my skin clean, hydrated, brighter, and incredibly soft it also leaves it lightly scented with the cola scent too.

If you have read my review on the Love shower gel, you’ll know how disappointed I was for all of the UK customers that couldn’t get it in a bottle (Lush UK decided that the UK would only be offered the sphere options in 2023). I am thanking the Lush gods that Lush decided to scrap the spheres as I’d have been devastated to miss out on a bottled Mario shower gel. I doubt Lush would have released the Mario Bros. shower gels in anything but a bottle regardless of scrapping the spheres or not though…

2022 was Lush’s best year for shower gels, I didn’t think it was possible to top it but Lush have well and truly topped 2022 shower-gel-wise and we’re only 3 months in to 2023! Do I recommend the Mario shower gel? YES, YES, YES! Go grab a bottle before it’s too late!

Slow Down Bath Bomb from Lush

Back in September 2022, Lush did a collaboration with The Poetry Pharmacy. The 3 bath bombs created for this super-unique line have sold well and are currently still available to purchase at the time of writing this review.

The Poetry Pharmacy is a shop in the heart of a little town in Shropshire Hills. In store, you will find The Poetry Pharmacy’s pharmacist on hand to prescribe poetic medicine for a complicated mix of emotions.

For a deeper insight into what the, The Poetry Pharmacy get up to, please visit their website by clicking here.

The third and final of the 3 bath bombs from the Lush X Poetry Pharmacy collaboration that I would like to introduce you to is the Slow Down Bath Bomb.

As I mentioned earlier, the bath bombs within this collection are truly unique to anything Lush have released before.

Each of the bath bombs have a hidden paper insert inside of them with a short poem on it relating to the bath bombs name.

The Slow Down bath bomb is a milky blue standard shaped Lush bath bomb at approximately 180g. Colour wise it is very similar to the Atom Heart Mother bath bomb.

The idea behind the poetry bath bombs are that they are an easy way to immerse yourself in perfume and poetics. As its name suggests, the Slow Down bath bomb wants you to do just that. Slow down, give yourself a well-earned break and moment to destress.

Lush’s website lists it as to be used ‘to evoke moments of reflection and serenity,’.

Ingredients wise the Slow Down bath bomb contains bergamot, neroli and petitgrain oils.

The Lush-scent-family that it comes from is called Nero. Slow Down’s scent is a gentle citrus with floral notes, it is probably the lightest scent of the 3 poetry bath bombs.

Even though Slow Down is quite a light fragrance it’s still incredibly refreshing, as soon as I put the bath bomb in the bath water, I began to feel more relaxed.

As soon as you put the Slow Down bath bomb in the water you are greeted with a gentle hiss, tiny light blue bubbles erupt from the bath bomb as it starts to turn your bath water a milky shade of blue.

It’s gentle yet refreshing scent fills your bathroom, lulling you into a more relaxed state of mind. Things really do slow down if you take a moment to just relax and enjoy the bath bombs show.

After only 3 minutes the Slow Down bath bomb has fully dissolved revealing its hidden poem. Sometimes the quick fizzing bath bombs are the best as they give you more time to just enjoy its waters.

I’d like to point out that not everyone gets the same poem in the same bath bomb. I am unsure on how many different poems are put in each of the bath bombs BUT have seen other people get a different poem to me that also relates to the bath bomb’s theme.

My skin basks in the silky-smooth bath water created by the Slow Down bath bomb. My skin feels so soft to the touch. None of the poetry bath bombs give you any bath art, but they all give you a truly relaxing bathing experience. The scent of the Slow Down bath bomb although subtle, lasts on my skin long after I have got out of the bath.

Overall, I am very impressed with the Slow Down bath bomb, I think I’ll go as far as to say it’s my favourite from the poetry collection. I wholeheartedly recommended giving each of the poetry bath bombs a try, the added aspect of poetry makes them all the better of an experience to use. What amazing concept will Lush think of next?

Broken Heart Bath Bomb from Lush

Back in September 2022, Lush did a collaboration with The Poetry Pharmacy. The 3 bath bombs created for this super-unique line have sold well and are currently still available to purchase at the time of writing this review.

The Poetry Pharmacy is a shop in the heart of a little town in Shropshire Hills. In store, you will find The Poetry Pharmacy’s pharmacist on hand to prescribe poetic medicine for a complicated mix of emotions. For a deeper insight into what the, The Poetry Pharmacy get up to, please visit their website by clicking here.

The 2nd of the 3 bath bombs from the Lush X Poetry Pharmacy collaboration that I would like to introduce you to is the Broken Heart Bath Bomb.

As I mentioned earlier, the bath bombs within this collection are truly unique to anything Lush have released before. Each of the bath bombs have a hidden paper insert inside of them with a short poem on it relating to the bath bombs name.

The Broken Heart bath bomb is a bright red standard shaped Lush bath bomb at approximately 180g. Out of the 3 poetry bath bombs it is the sparkliest.

The idea behind the poetry bath bombs are that they are an easy way to immerse yourself in perfume and poetics. As its name suggests, the Broken Heart bath bomb is for just that. Lush’s website lists it as to be used ‘in an hour of great need’ and that it was created as ‘a remedy & restorative for comfort, courage and confidence.’

Ingredients wise the Broken Heart bath bomb contains jasmine, tonka and vanilla absolutes and sandalwood oil.

The Lush-scent-family that it comes from is called Sappho. Broken Heart’s scent is very hard to describe as it’s quite complex.

The jasmine in it is rounded off nicely by the vanilla; Jasmine is a very hit or miss with a lot of people, for me it’s normally a miss but the added vanilla makes this scent incredibly pleasant. The sandalwood adds a sweet and woody warmth to the fragrance too.

As soon as you put the Broken Heart bath bomb in the water you are greeted with a gentle hiss, tiny red bubbles erupt from the bath bomb as it starts to turn your bath water an inviting shade of red. The golden shimmer in it makes the red water super sparkly too.

It’s warming-sweet scent fills your bathroom, lulling you into a more relaxed state of mind.

After only 3 minutes the Broken Heart bath bomb has fully dissolved revealing its hidden poem. I’d like to point out that not everyone gets the same poem in the same bath bomb. I am unsure on how many different poems are put in each of the bath bombs BUT have seen other people get a different poem to me that also relates to the bath bomb’s theme.

I didn’t use the Broken Heart bath bomb for a broken heart, I’d say it was more for stress relief, I can’t vouch for the heart-break aspect of this bath bomb but it did help me destress after a long day.

My skin laps up the silky-smooth bath water and feels so soft to the touch. Like the other 2 bath bombs in this collection, the Broken Heart bath bomb won’t give you any bath art, but it will give you a truly relaxing bathing experience. The scent lasts on my skin long after I have left the bath. Lush really need to use the scent of this bath bomb in more of their products.

Overall, I am very impressed with the Broken Heart bath bomb, yes, it doesn’t give you any bath art but its scent is beautiful. The added aspect of poetry being inside of it makes it all the better of an experience to use too!

Wild Remedy Bath Bomb from Lush

Back in September 2022, Lush did a collaboration with The Poetry Pharmacy. The 3 bath bombs created for this super-unique line have sold well and are currently still available to purchase at the time of writing this review.

The Poetry Pharmacy is an original Victorian shop in the heart of a little town in Shropshire Hills. In store, you will find The Poetry Pharmacy’s pharmacist on hand to prescribe poetic medicine for a complicated mix of emotions. For a deeper insight into what the, The Poetry Pharmacy get up to, please visit their website by clicking here.

The first of the 3 bath bombs from the Lush X Poetry Pharmacy collaboration that I would like to introduce you to is the Wild Remedy Bath Bomb. Lush PR were kind enough to send this bath bomb out to me and I have bought 2 more since. (I liked it that much!)

As I mentioned earlier, the bath bombs within this collection are truly unique to anything Lush have released before. Each of the bath bombs have a hidden paper insert inside of them with a short poem on it relating to the bath bombs name.

Colour wise and to look at, the Wild Remedy bath bomb is quite similar to the Avobath bath bomb, although Wild Remedy is a slightly darker green.

The idea behind the poetry bath bombs are that they are an easy way to immerse yourself in perfume and poetics. This strong scented, green-bath-bomb was created to remind you of the inspiration to be found in nature.

Ingredients wise the Wild Remedy bath bomb contains Siberian fir needle oil, benzoin resinoid, fir needle absolute, tagetes oil and green tea powder.

The Lush-scent-family that it comes from is called Fresh As. You’ll recognise it if you have used the cult-classic Needles and Pines shower jelly before. Wild Remedy’s scent is very outdoorsy, rich, and herbaceous. It’s incredibly refreshing and fits in with the theme of Wild Remedy perfectly.

As soon as you put the Wild Remedy bath bomb in the water you are greeted with a gentle hiss, tiny green bubbles erupt from the bath bomb as it starts to turn your bath water an inviting shade of green. Its refreshing outdoorsy scent fills your bathroom, it’s like bathing in a forest with only the trees to keep you company.

After only 3 minutes the Wild Remedy bath bomb has fully dissolved revealing its hidden poem. I’d like to point out that not everyone gets the same poem. I am unsure on how many different poems are put in each of the bath bombs BUT have seen other people get a different poem to me that also relates to the Wild Remedy theme.

My skin laps up the silky-smooth bath water and feels so soft to the touch. Wild Remedy won’t give you any bath art, but it will give you a truly relaxing bathing experience. The scent lasts on my skin long after I have left the bath.

Overall, I am very impressed with the Wild Remedy bath bomb, its scent is stunning, and the added aspect of poetry makes it all the better of an experience!

The Rift Bath Bomb from Lush

Lush have recently started to do product collaborations with a vast list of other likeminded businesses, companies and more.

These seemingly popular collaborations have been churned out by Lush at such a rapid rate that it’s been difficult to keep up. None of the collaborations have however got me quite as excited as Lush’s collaboration with Netflix’s science-fiction television series, STRANGER THINGS.

If I’m being completely honest, I pretty much live under a rock and most of the collaborations before this one has been collaborations with tv shows/clothing companies that I’m not at all familiar with.

Stranger Things I have however heard of; I’d go as far as to say that I’m a super fan. Even after using the products, I still can’t quite believe a Lush X Stranger Things collaboration has even happened?! MY MIND IS BLOWN!

Released back in November 2022, the Lush X Stranger Things collaboration is a gift set called the HFC Bathing Duo, AKA the HELL FIRE CLUB BATHING DUO. It contains 2 bath bombs, the D8 Bath Bomb and the, The Rift Bath Bomb. Today’s review is going to be on the, The Rift Bath Bomb.

The Rift bath bomb is a black, red, orange, and yellow bath bomb. It’s designed to look like the gate opening that leads from our world to the upside down. If you’ve never watched Stranger Things none of this will mean anything to you, please, go watch it. I promise you won’t regret it.

The Rift is quite unique to any other Lush bath bomb made before now, it’s mostly black but has a slight lava or fire coloured split in it, this colourful bit is Lush’s bath bomb interpretation of the gate/rift from Stranger Things.

The Rift bath bomb shares its scent with the Cinders bath bomb and Cinders shower gel. It’s a very popular scent for the Wintertime and works really well within the whole Stranger Things theme.

The Rift has a long list of ingredients, some of the essential oils that are included are, clove bud, almond, Brazilian orange, and cinnamon leaf.

The Cinders scent family is sweet, yet spicy and warm. Thanks to its magical cinnamon ingredient laying back in the, The Rifts waters is like having thousands of tiny hands massaging your tired and aching muscles. It makes your skin tingle, in a good way.

As soon as you place the, The Rift bath bomb into the water it starts to gently hiss. I was surprised to see that the bath bombs black layer on its outside was thin. Underneath the thin layer of black is bright orange. Orange bubbles start to fizzle out of it as it floats around your bath. The Rift isn’t a super foamy bath bomb, but it produces plenty of colour.

Slowly but surely the, The Rift bath bomb floats around your bath, charging around like a little speed boat. Orange, black, yellow, and red bath art begins to unfold. It doesn’t take long for the popping candy in The Rift to make an appearance either, it snaps, crackles and pops away, really putting on a show.

The photographs I have included in this review do the bath bomb no justice at all. After approximately 5 minutes the bath bomb has fully dissolved, and the water left behind is a super-inviting blood orange colour.

I really wasn’t expecting such great bath art from the, The Rift bath bomb, the blood orange water afterwards was a surprise too. I honestly expected it to be much darker or completely black like the waters left behind by the Bewitched bubble bar.

The scent from The Rift lasts throughout the whole of your bath and leaves you feeling warm and cheery.

Overall, I LOVED THIS COLLABORATION. I don’t think Lush could ever top it. As I said at the start of this review, I’m still lost for words that it even happened. I can’t wait to see what/who Lush decide to collaborate with next!

D8 Bath Bomb from Lush

Lush have recently started to do product collaborations with a vast list of other likeminded businesses, companies and more. These seemingly popular collaborations have been churned out by Lush at such a rapid rate that it’s been difficult to keep up. None of the collaborations have however got me quite as excited as Lush’s collaboration with Netflix’s science-fiction television series, STRANGER THINGS.

If I’m being completely honest, I pretty much live under a rock and most of the collaborations before this one have been collaborations with tv shows/clothing companies that I’m not at all familiar with.

Stranger Things I have however heard of; I’d go as far as saying I’m a super fan.

It contains 2 bath bombs, the D8 Bath Bomb (pictured above) and the, The Rift Bath Bomb. Today’s review is going to be on the D8 Bath Bomb.

The D8 bath bomb is quite the unique shape, designed in the shape of an 8-sided Dungeons and Dragons dice (a game the main characters in Stranger Things spend many hours playing, it’s also the inspiration behind the whole series)

I didn’t know which bit of the bath bomb to focus on in the photos, each side of the D8 has an image or number on it that is either related to Lush, Stranger Things or both, it’s such a thorough and well-thought-out creation!

The D8 bath bomb shares its scent with the Intergalactic bath bomb a great decision from Lush considering it is one of their bestsellers. D8 contains a long list of ingredients, some included are peppermint, grapefruit, vetivert and cedarwood oils.

The Intergalactic scent family is primarily peppermint, the grapefruit in it however adds a fruity and citrus sharpness to it, it’s a very hard scent to describe and really is one you must experience to appreciate.

The Intergalactic scent is powerful at first but quickly became one of my all-time favourite Lush-scent-families. I’ve been eagerly awaiting a body spray that shares its scent since 2015… HINT, HINT, LUSH.

As soon as you place the D8 bath bomb into the water it starts to gently hiss. Small white bubbles begin to spill out of it. Slowly but surely the D8 bath bomb floats around your bath, charging around like a little speed boat. After about a minute and a half a streak of red and blue begin to trickle out of the all-white bath bomb too.

The most beautiful red, white and blue bath art then begins to unfold before your eyes, the photographs I have included in this review do the bath bomb no justice at all. After approximately 5 minutes the D8 bath bomb has fully dissolved the water left behind is a cloudy greyish-light-blue and feels like silk.

I really wasn’t expecting such great bath art from the D8 bath bomb, the red, white, and blue swirls it created were picture perfect! The scent from the D8 bath bomb lasts throughout the whole of your bath and leaves me feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world. Or should I say Vecna?

Overall, I LOVED THIS COLLABORATION! I don’t think Lush could ever top this. As I said at the start of this review, I’m still lost for words that it even happened. I can’t wait to see what/who Lush decide to collaborate with next.

Sleepy Showder from Lush

The Sleepy Showder is one of several products released by Lush in a collaboration with Lazy Oaf. I’m ashamed to say that before this collaboration I’d never actually heard of Lazy Oaf. Each product within this line ties in with something that you’d find in a launderette.

The entire line is inspired by Lazy Oaf’s up-front acknowledgement that life comes with both good days and bad days. The collection has been put together to remind customers that taking time to care for themselves should be as routine as doing your laundry.

I’m always honest in my reviews and I admit that this collaboration didn’t excite me very much but I do love the Sleepy scent so when I heard there was a showder with its scent, I couldn’t resist buying a box.

For anyone who hasn’t experienced a Lush showder before, I suspect you’re wondering what a showder even is… A showder is quite simply a shower-powder. To use a showder all you have to do is take a handful of the powder from its box, then add water.

The Showder then foams up and creates a lovely thick lather. The reaction is not dissimilar to how a bath bomb reacts when it first gets wet. Once you have it all mixed up, you use it just as you would a shower gel.

Lush’s Sleepy scent is a cult classic, the world is quite simply obsessed with its relaxing scent. The Sleepy Showder contains a mixture of lavender oil, benzoin resinoid, tonka absolute and ylang ylang oil. Other popular products that share its scent are the Twilight bath bomb, Sleepy bubble bar and Sleepy body lotion.

Scent-wise the Sleepy showder is great, as a product to shower with however, I’m not so sure. I hate to point out the obvious but it’s just not a very practical product. Firstly, it’s in a cardboard box, secondly, I feel I had to use a lot of the powder to get anywhere with it. With it being £15.00 for just 170g I just can’t see myself investing in a second box.

Yes, it did an alright job of cleansing my skin and its scent also remained on my skin for the best part of the rest of the day after using it BUT for its price I expected it to go a lot further, so many Lush products can be stretched out over several showers and baths but I was lucky to get 3 showers out of this one box.

My other issue with it is apart from its scent and ingredients the Sleepy Showder looks and feels just like the Intergalactic Showder (the other Showder in the Lazy Oaf range) – Could Lush and Lazy Oaf not have made them different colours? Overall, I am glad I gave the Sleepy showder a go, it’s one of my favourite Lush fragrances and the showder is an interesting concept but I think I’ll stick to just using the Sleepy shower gel.

I’m always honest in my reviews and I admit that this collaboration didn’t excite me very much but I’m a diehard Intergalactic bath bomb fan so when I heard there was a showder that shared its scent, I couldn’t resist buying a box.

Lush’s Intergalactic scent is a bestseller, the Intergalactic Showder contains a mixture of peppermint, vetivert and grapefruit oils. Its scent is primarily a peppermint one, the grapefruit in it however adds a fruity and citrusy sharpness to it. It’s incredibly difficult to describe and really is a fragrance you must experience yourself to truly appreciate how refreshing it is.

Scent wise the Intergalactic showder is spot on, as a product to shower with however, I’m not so sure. I hate to point out the obvious but it’s just not a very practical product. Firstly, it’s in a cardboard box, secondly, I feel I had to use a lot of the powder to get anywhere with it. With it being £15.00 for just 170g I just can’t see myself investing in a second box.

Overall, I am glad I gave the Intergalactic showder a go, it’s a beautiful fragrance and an interesting concept but I think I much preferred the bottled Intergalactic shower gel if I am going to compare the two together.
